yep, and they just recently went 9.91 at 134 or something like that with heads/cam.. stock shortblock N/A

Took the tranny out Monday, father took it up to the shop Tuesday, they tore it apart right on the spot and had it back together sometime in the afternoon. Then that evening, had the car back together. My father and I don't mess around. When something goes wrong, needs to be fixed, swapped, modified, we get 'er done! 
Anyhow, its ready for Friday and crossing my fingers I get off on time tomorrow.
My car is still a turd, but managed a 6.7 @ 102 hitting the rev limiter 3-4 times and only spinning 6400 rpms. (computer set the rev limiter back to stock because I left the speedo sensor unplugged when I tested it out after I first got it back together) I think that's pretty decent considering the DA was +600 and track prep wasn't that great.
I thought a cold front was coming today/tonight, maybe it'll come tomorrow. I'll have to watch the news tonight. See yall there.

i'll be turning wrenches all day friday, saturday, and sunday to hopefully get my new project going by late sunday. not trying to run with the big dogs or anything, but i live a whole 5 miles from HRP at most so i may come out to see what all the fuss is about friday and hopefully i might be running sunday.
