lawyers will sue over anything. Our justice system kind of sucks sometimes, they never filter out the BS cases. I think there should be a fine that lawyers must pay if they propose a frivolous/lame lawsuit to the courts. If the lawsuit is ruled , the lawyer must pay the fine.

I'll bet that would make some lawyers think twice about creating stupid lawsuits.

I heard about that to. But since the World Series is still big news here, that is where they went for a story.

maybe shes just trying to stick it to him because he was a dick for making Houston open the roof.
I was thinking the case was suing him for the astros loosing because they forced them to play with the roof open when they would prefer to have it closed.

I think the lawsuit is B.S., but it might make the a**wipe think twice before he does this sh*t again.

Its a stupid case, but I hope she wins, not because of the people that were cold at the game, but I just think it was crap that they made em open the roof if they didnt want to, not that I think it would have made a difference in the outcome.

There are such rules and there are such fines for lawyers in the U.S.

There isn't even a lawsuit yet..."Houston attorney Lisa Sechelski is planning to file a class action lawsuit against Major League Baseball and Commissioner Bud Selig."
HUGE difference between planning to do something and it actually reaching a courtroom…

Yeah, I know it is a frivilous lawsuit - BUT - I hope they sue the pants of Bud Selig because I think he is a sorry @ss Mthrfkr for mandating they close the roof when it is a well known fact that is a big part of creating a home field advantage at Minute Maid Park. Did he pay for Minute Maid Park - did MLB - Hell Fck NO! So shut the fck up on telling the people who did pay for it what they can and can't do with it. MLB was sure proud of the fact that Chicago had a "Die Disco Night" where they let people bring their old Disco albums and they burned them out on the pitching mount - sounds a lot more questionable and 'detrimental to the game' than creating a home field advantage! I sure am glad to get that off my chest! Thanks...

If it would have been closed, they would have won! What a dumb chick trying to prove something.
