crappy drive
So I went to austin this weekend to see the girl and had a pretty good time, when it came time to leave though my car was acting funny. my y-pipe was rattling more than ever and it was shaking with no power. thought maybe my o2 finally went out but no check engine light.
got to where I was going and opened the hood to see my engine just shaking side to side, looked all around and ahhh, there she is, my spark plug wire sitting on my header and sparking like crazy. great, it is like 5 on a sunday and i have class in the morning not to mention a meeting at 9 tonight. well i pushed the wire as far away as possible and said f it. it drove fine for the first say 10 minutes then the wire must have gotten close again. so i drove from austin to college station on 7 cylinders and needless to say it sucked *****. no acceleration and felt like I was killing my baby. I'm going to order some msd 8.5mm with some taylor fire sleeves and ngk tr5 plugs. been wanting to do this but no i actually have a reason.
so that will be fun to do tomorrow, or whenever i can get the parts in. sorry kinda long but i needed to vent some frustration with the plug and wire positions of the lt1.
