Time To Be A Good Girl
....end result Deferred Judification (sp?)
I have to be good for 6 months (thats a long *ss time).
The last time I was on this crap it was only for 90 days.
Well wish me luck
I just got one of those green slips this weekend...
88 in a 60

and i honestly didnt know i was going that fast... Just switched lanes a time or 2 to get around a slooooooow driver...
oh well
I got pulled over on my way to UT orientation and got a ticket in fayette county. and its been less than a year since I had taken DD last so had to do def. jud. I was lucky though cause it only meant I couldnt get another ticket in fayette and so I just drive exactly the speed limit through there when I drive Austin/Houston

you have to pay the fine for the ticket though, which may be outrageous, and you have to decide if you can drive more conservatively, which can be hard to keep up.
I still think defensive driving is the best option if its available, but you always have to consider if you get another ticket before a year you cant use that option again...
and the "advanced" def. driving classes are nice

and I think you would have to pay court costs in both deff. jud. and if you took def. driving so that isnt really a factor, but sucks anyway
I got another one 3 days after my deferred one went off the record (6 months)....The ****** passed my brother (who was right behind me...had to cut him off to pull me over) to get me. says i was doing like 15 over (or something like that...cant remember exactly) the speed limit on the feeder to 59 from 1960 ???? My brother said we we'rnt traveling near that fast, maybe the judge will make it right?? Maybe it LOOKED fast....'cause it sure as hell ISN'T fast.Good luck with YOUR 6 months....as you can see I BEARLY made it.
