Those sure seem like high standards to me. 15% is typically a "good" tip, and anything less than 10% would be a cheap ***. I can't see waiters bitching about making less than 17%, thats lame.

How are they getting these peoples first/last names if they pay with cash? Seems kind of cheesy.

 

I don't see where it says how they paid. If you paid by credit card, obviously your name is on there.

I'll bet 99% of those waitresses/waiters don't deserve a tip anyway. I've been given horrible service and when I don't tip them, or tip them low, they look at me like WTF?? Well, the message is clear. Do your damn job right and you'll get rewarded accordingly.
