a shitty tip is, by my definition, any gratuity under 17% for service which one's peers would judge as adequate or better

Tony the only time I could think of that this much money was spent at Hooters, was when we all ate there for the tuesday night dinner. If I remember correctly that bitch screwed it all up.
And I damn well know I didnt tip her.

I'll bet 99% of those waitresses/waiters don't deserve a tip anyway. I've been given horrible service and when I don't tip them, or tip them low, they look at me like WTF?? Well, the message is clear. Do your damn job right and you'll get rewarded accordingly.
