Default College Station Look Here!

Okay short and sweet- I paid a guy to install my cam and springs he switched the springs, I called him on it a couple days later. I got my money back but meanwhile I have ls6 springs with a max lift of .550 in my car with a cam of .578. If anyone has read my posts on ls2 you are familiar with my situation. I am in college station now and need help getting these springs in as I have never done it before and could use some advice. I can follow the write up but it never hurts to have someone who knows the in's and outs. So if anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated as I have to drive up to dallas next weekend. Thanks

BTW im obviously new here I just moved to college station yesterday. If anyone has some comp 918 springs localy they can sell let me know as I am about to order some and it would cut down on the "down time" of my car. Thanks again ~Shawn 214-738-4002

Damn I wish I would have seen these sooner. Like I said I'm new, where is the sonic? I drove by the one at the corner of Texas and University but no one was up there. Ill call tomorrow and see whats up. It sucks though because I have to be in dallas on fri and the closest place with 918's is TSP and itll be thur before I can get them. Getting screwed sucks, thanks for everyones help I look forward to meeting yall soon.

OKay this is what I have so far, as long as TSP opens on monday I can have the springs overnighted or 2 day delivery and put them in on wednesday or thursday. I spoke with ls1powerhouse and he is going to help me out, anyone else is more than welcome I havent figured out where we are doing this yet, wether it be in someones driveway or the dorm parking lot. Ive gotten to be a pro at taking off valve covers. The adapter for the spark plug hole would be great if I had an air compressor. Damn I miss my garage Anyway hopefully this will work and I can make it to the base on friday. Thanks guys for your help.
