All I can say is good man! By law all exhaust shops are bound by the fact that they can't tamper with any emissions control devices on any vehicle in Texas. you go into any muffler shop and you'll see something like that on the wall

People can do that kind of stuff in their garage these days. Not worth the monster fines and being stamped with bankruptcy. I did all my "stuff" in my own garage.
