OMFG DUDE seriously... it seems to me like they tried to work with you on the problem... How many time have they taken it out for free? He even went as far as to tune your car for free, from the fucked up open loop tune that is in it now... Seems like they have done a shitload more for you than you are even taking into account.

On a side note, I still find it funny that people mod their cars, and expect them to drive exactly like they did stock... DUH "Brian, umm you guys put a big *** cam in, and duals, and now I have all these vibrations..." WTF do you think he would say?

I got a quote from them the other day. They wanted $75 from me to turn a couple bolts. Give me a break.

i think this is all just a mis-understanding. Silver just give them a few more chances, seem to me like there doing something, although they may not of communicated this to you, remember they got other cars in the shop they cant just stare at yours until it works. They have to be efficient with there time. RPM is actually a very good shop, even though it took me almost a year to learn this(just because i was not very car smart when i visted them)

Can't you "turn a couple bolts" your self. Oh wait, you don't want to do it because that's what you want to pay someone to do; and when you pay someone in this business it costs money. Give me a break, there is nothing wrong with your hands if you don't want to pay $75.

I am not here to bash RPM or support them, I have never dealt with them

But don't make this into a issue. Don't start complaining about little things left and right and jumping on a bandwagon.

About the SES light, I think once the O2's start going out, they do it for good. I have come across many instances including my own where the O2's go sour, the code pops up, you put new O2's in, and it starts all over. That is why I drive around with my code on. Do a search and see if you can't find past instances.

Good luck with your car, they sound willing to help so give them another try.

Sounds like a part failure to me, you have to put yourself in the business's shoes for a little bit. they are attempting to fix the problem, at least they didnt tell you to f*ck off after the 2nd time you went..... you cant fix it right, the first time, all the time. i promise i know. just keep working with them and i am sure that the problem will be fixed. just be patient with them, i am sure it will all work out

Yes I could do it myself, and if I owned a car jack it would have already been done already. It's not a matter of not wanting to do it myself, it a matter of me not having the proper equipment.

If he didnt get it fixed 4 times now he should go to another place and have them take a stab at it right? You did this with Sean and his tune on your car.
When you were told to take you car back to Sean you had the same attitude as Doug.
I like how you added this after my post . You better than anyone know how many times I had Sean try to tune my car 49 dyno pulls and 4 months later to no avail.. I gave up went somewhere else and bam 10 min later it's fixed.
p.s. stop beating a dead horse..

No I just found it amusing that they wanted $75 for 5 minutes of work. No worries though, the shop I'm getting my rotors installed at offered to do it for free while it's in the air.

I don't want to start any problems here, I drove doug's Z yesterday, and belive me, I have had 2 ram setups in my 99 FRC and my 99 WS6, and something is definetly wrong with his clutch. Around 4k rpms (not hammering it) it vibrates horrible. I'm suprised the shifter ball doesn't rattle loose. Just my .02

I have never personaly dealt with RPM, but I have never heard ANYTHING negative.

EXACTLY.
Sean didnt get what you wanted right after a few times so you said "**** it" and went to RPM.

How is a 100% perfect install the first time when the car has been back several times to fix that issue?

If that was aimed at me ^^^if a few times equals twice a week for 4 months 49 runs on the dyno leaving the car there for days at a time then yea I said ****-it.. But hey you know what I'm talking about you jumped ship to before it went down
