Jeremy, you'll never build another engine, if you keep throwing $ @ other stuff. Truck does look awesome. Start saving and get the SS together!!!!!!!!!!!

Bad Habit Bird, the ride quality remained the same. In the rear, its simply adding blocks between the leaf springs and the rear end. With the front, the center section of the spindle where the hub bolts to is lower on the spindle which gives you the lift, so nothing else changes. Everything in the front end remained the same, including the shocks. The only thing that changed was instead of the tie rod ends going in from the bottom up, it goes from the top down.

L33Z71, I live in Alvin. I don't do too much crusing around during the week as I'm at work. I was crusing around Saturday evening and Sunday afternoon.

INVISIBLEZ & BenR, I've been spending tons of money on the SS for the past 3 years now and just wanted to take a break. I only get to enjoy the car on the weekends and wanted to put some money towards something I drive everyday. I don't plan on doing anything else to the truck other than a programmer and MAYBE an intake. The programmer is definately a must as I need to program the computer for the bigger tires. Anyhow, I spent a big chunk of change on the lift/wheels/tires, so it set me back a bit, but I'm back to saving up for the car. I hope to have what I need by the end of the summer.

Thanks everyone for the compliments. Couldn't be happier with the truck!

Thanks everyone for the replies. I'm on call right now, so the truck has been parked because I'm driving the work truck. I'm waiting on my other shock to come in as there was a mix up with my shipment. Should be pimpin' her to work Thursday morning!
