Looks awesome man! Have you thought about bead blasting the intake? That would be the icing on your cake there, looks mean as hell with the headers sitting on it. Man if you took just a tiny bit more time and painted your engine bay (especially that green) it would be freaking crazy looking. I just painted mine, only took a day and I have an itty bitty shop (1-car garage) compared to yours. It's a lot of work I'll admit that.

Congrats on the engine man!

On the reverse torx for the Opti, I went to Sear's hardware, and actually found a reverse allen head that fits fine, don't ask me how but it does, green top on the handle, fits perfect, they were out of the reverse torx at the time.

Looks good but make sure you remove the wrench. It will make a flow restriction in the exhaust.

its not got a lot done to it, flat-top pistons put 1.6 rockers in it with LT4 valve-springs cc chromemoly pushrods with GM guideplates.... the Pacesetter LT's with a custom ORY to a TSP Rumbler.... CAI... spec 3 clutch ... 3.73 gears.... MSD cap and rotor ... Taylor Spiros .... its still stock displacement.... ive been told about 330 at the wheels is a good estimate but we will be putting a 150 shot on it sometime this summer so im hoping for 430 with spray getting it dynotuned after i get it back together ... that and all the supsension in sig

Looks nice. Once you get that intake done, I bet it'll look freaking beautiful inside the engine bay .

Sorry Sears didn't have anything, I was really hoping you'd get lucky. I know how it is when you have stuff to do and the time to do it, but don't have the right tools to get it done .

You no doubt already know this, but make sure you threadlock those screws on the opti when you put it back together. If one gets loose, that opti's as good as dead.

For a reverse torx in a pinch, you can take one of the bolts out of the PCM shell, grind the wings off of it, grab it with a pair of vice grips on the threads, and use it on the opti.

It has been a while but I used one of the bolts from the top plate on the throttle body, put it in some vise grips and worked like a charm. Had to scrap the bolt but I recieved new ones when I ordered a polished plate.

When all else fails, watch Magyver (sp?) marathons then go work on your car.
