Yea, I thought they were recalling the cobras for the head tick or the tight clearances when i saw the post...Ford wont be touching my car for a lousy bracket!!

Everyone knows I've had plenty of seat time in LSX's. I'm sorry boys and girls if the truth hurts, but damn do LS1's love the oil. If it came to a carpet flaw or my motor "using oil" as the dealer puts it I'd say most people would take the carpet lol..

**** I use to keep an extra quart in the trunk of the Vette at all times, and I had the "better" Z06 oil vally..

Ahh just think a blower from the factory on an LS1 or LS6, sales would have shot up And I thought 98's where the year that the LS1 had oiling issues ?

I dont think is the undoing of the 03-04 Cobras, 4th gens had tons of problems with them, just in our case GM never recalled any of it.

Good point. Most our problems didnt show up right away tho.
