Yeah, muscle milk works pretty good. Good protien source, and good for leaning out. I take that and cytogain if I feel like I havn't eaten enough. If you want to get quick gains you need to eat also. When training I take in around 2000 cals, 200 grams of prot, and 200 carbs a day. If I don't, no biggie. Food is your fuel. I've kind of grown past the creatine phase b/c you will loose 15-20 lbs. once you quit using it.

Creatine is mostly water weight. Cut your sugars down big time. No Cokes, No Tea, nothing but water. I guarentee 10lbs in 2 weeks, drink water water water lots of it a day. If you're not getting up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom, you're not drinking enough.

Years ago when HMB first came out I tried that along w/ creatine and got good results. It can get expensive though. I don't take anything now, nor do I lift weights

The only weight lifting I do now is the 16 oz curl.

I recently started doing the same thing. The NOexplode gives me a huge amount of energy during my workouts. I turn into a machine

Call me and I can let you talk to the guy that helped me so much from Nutrition Depot off of Rayford.

I have been training for the last 2 months using Noexplode, I notice a huge diffrence. I have been doing 2 scoops a day, and this month I am going to start using 3 scoops to see if I see any gain. I have a gained a total of 15 - 20 pounds, and my arms have gain 1 1/2 in. while losing 2 inchs off my waste.

Each scoop is pretty close to a cup a coffee's worth of caffeine. It's way better tasting and easier to mix than the Fizogen stuff they try to push at GNC and has pretty much the same effect on me.

The BSN Nitrix stuff gave me some pretty massive headaches, well it was that or the Axis HT (foulest tasting thing I've ever experienced). Was taking them both for a month or so. It definitely made a difference though, felt and looked stronger and I actually wanted to go to the gym nearly every day.

i've never had much luck with supplements, i just try to have a decent diet. I think supplements only really benefit hardcore bodybuilders. as an example, me and one of my friends were lifting partners for a long time. we both have approximatley the same frame size and equal strength. he read all the magazines and took tons of supplements. i took nothing. we both experienced the exact same rate of increase in strength. i claim that supplements do nothing for average joes, he claims that i just have better genetics and he needed them to keep up with me.

granted, everyone's body reacts differently to them, but overall i think they are a waste of money. only time i think they are worth it is for meal replacements (like if you do a shake in the morning instead of a regular breakfast)... just my .02

Adipex for the weight control, and the No Explode will be good. Then like Rick said no sodas or tea, the Adipex is effected by the caffiene. I have been on a lower carb higher protien diet and have lost 2-3 inches in the waist and my gut (which I had alot of and still have some). But I have also gained almost 15 pounds of muscle, plus 30 minutes a day on the tread mill has helped out alot. I know my workout consultant has told me to eat small meals 5-7 a day fruit, protien, etc. and is is going okay.

Working out "correctly" is the best supplement most people can take. I lift 4-5 times a week and drink protein shakes about once a day as well as eat pretty good. Over the counter supplements are good for short term results that last short term.

no xplode is more of a pre workout boost I think. It has a variety of stuff (no, creatine etc) and caffiene. The caffiene helps you get into it mentally and ready to hit the weights. Ive taken it and it helps out. I havent noticed the "pumps" from the no very much, but ive only taken 1 scoop. IMO its a great supplement for pre workout but I dont think the amount of creatine or no is very effective, and I dont think the ingredients do too much to help out post workout

As far as gaining muscle, you have to get a good protein and drink lots of protien after you work out. If you want to gain muscle you have to feed your body what it needs to build them and give your muscles time to rest and heal.

other dieting depends if you are trying to bulk up or get cut
if you are thin and want to bulk up, you have to eat A LOT.
if you want to loose fat, im not very knowlegable on this, but like others have said, drink lots of water, eat healthy but not tons, and do cardio stuff I guess

my roommate is the same and he just started working out with me. within a month he is already getting stronger. he eats right, drinks protien shakes and works out with someone that can push him. we do sets of 10-15 and supersets with correct form. everything to failure. if you do 3x15 you shouldnt be able to finish the last set of 15 by yourself.

I personally like ephedra. I still got some, they sell it over in Canada. Picked some up the last time I was there. But none of this pills mean crap without, proper nutrition and exercise. Just like they all say on the label.
