That's weird, b/c everyone I know that started out with one scoop as the directions say, then gradually move up to 3 scoops the second week get awesome pumps all the time. I love the stuff, some peoples bodies are different!!!!!
When I would do my curls, I was a monster.
Stick with a high protein and low-carb diet to help get rid of the fat. Feel free to mess around with creatine if you'd like, little to no side effects, and its cheap. It won't make you a monster but it doesn't hurt.
As far as losing weight quicker I'd drop all sodas. Stick to drinking water only, maybe some milk and OJ but not too much OJ due to sugars and carbs.
There are a lot of little things and changes you can make that will make a huge difference in fat loss. Drink green tea, 30-45 minutes of cardio in the morning before a meal, eat more, but smaller meals, etc etc.
