Lighter chicks can mean slower car due to lack of funds.

I love C4's. Mine is 70,000 miles, 1984 with Cross fire. 150 shot. Car looks stock is pretty much stock and runs 11.8 with 1.6 at the track .

my dad has an 87 C4 /w the digital dash. that digital dash is badass! reminds me of knight rider or something. the car has like low 40k miles on it, and had the original tires on it until like 3 years ago. the tires wern't even worn out all the way, he just replaced them cuz one got a slow leak and they were getting all dry rotted. he also brags about the car having the original windshield wiper blades and they've only been used like 2-3 times.

he's a typical 'old man vette owner' though... really babys it when he drives it, and I can't get him to put a single mod on it... all i ask for him to do is put an exhaust on it!!!!

the LT1 C4's are actually one of my favorite corvette body styles, but the L98 cars can be cool if properly taken care of, and that digital dash is sooooo badass!

Since the C4 interior is so absolutely abhorrent, I would never drive one.

I have never been a fan of the interior either in the C4's. However when it comes to Vettes I only liked everything up to the late 1960's and C5 and C6's. Everything after the late 60's up to 97....never really did it for me at all. Maybe the Grand sport a little. But C5's are my Fave of all

I used to have a Black '91, last year of the TPI, 2nd year of the newer style interior (no digital dash), first year of the LT1 bumpers. Loved that car. Not the fastest, but it just felt good driving. Bought it in '96 with 100K miles, then took it up to 225K before selling it. I sold it 3 or 4 years ago, after starting a family. I still miss that car, but this LS1 is easing the pain, plus I have room to take my family with me every once in a while.

Someday, I would like another C4, either a Steel Blue '91 6 speed, or a Silver '96 LT4 CE.
