I'm going to need a hook up also if someone finds out I got an ABS sensor that got fucked up and my ABS light is on

ABS light will not make the car fail. The brakes just have to stop the car. My DD has the same problem and has passed 2 years in a row now.

mine hasn't worked in over a year. had a moser 9" and now have a 4ch rear end.

That is not true. Some of the 96+ cars are like that but not all of them (machine reading the vin #). From my experiences are the ones where you replace the PCM and have to program it to a VIN# then those will be read, but otherwise it can't tell who or what it is. Since I work on Hondas I know which ones will be read and which ones can't be read.
