What an idiot. He's 18, he should have just shut his mouth. I also think its gay to send her to prison if he was of legal age. It will probably get dismissed, like some of the other similar cases. Probably just probation.

Damn what a ***. I'd a hit that twice, Flashed the shocker, and hit it twice again. Stupid law aswell. the only question is, did he get prefferencial treatment with grades and such. Was he in her class? If not, then it shouldn't even be an issue.
