Looking for someone to strip my wife's project car. Anyone have any recommendations for Media Blasters in the Houston area?

Would Allied Powdercoating (or any other powdercoating place) do something like that?

I think you'll find that most body shops sand rather than blast, you could try MEK or any good paint stripper then sand what is left.

I have a call into Enviro-clean, but haven't heard from them. I also found another place in Rosenberg called Soft Strip, which is owned by Master Blast. They specialize in cars, have a rig to spin the car upside down. The use plastic or walnut for paint and bondo removal, "glass" beads foro rust removal. Quoed $1500 for entire 65 Mustang. Downsidew is that they do not seal or prime the car. You have to get that done elsewhere, and it needs to be done quick to prevent flash rusting.

I am going to check with some of the folks at the Nifty 50s meet on Sunday also.
