Not till end of the week or early next. Well the latest is...Eric made a trip to Baytown last night and we did some more "real world" tuning then some of the very first WOT hits the motor has seen to see how everything looks on HPT before we hit the rollers. Good news/Bad news...come to find out the RC 75lb (at 43psi) injectors (set at 58 base psi) which should result in around an 86lb injector with the LSx fuel pressure, were at 202% duty cycle!

So I guess we can say she is making some pretty good power!!

We are hoping with raising the fuel pressure up slightly we can help out the duty cycle these injectors are seeing but prob wont be the cure. Looks like I may be needing some bigger injectors or going meth...

You don't need bigger injectors as long as you can get the right pressure. It sounds like the fuel system is lacking more than the injectors. Your duty cycle may be a little high but it isn't worth going through the trouble of wiring in a box etc. I've done cars with 60s and gone well over 800 and i've seen 42's go over 1000 (i don't recomend the latter but it is done lol). **** there are three examples in the june issue of motor trend lol.

Glad to hear that! Thanks for the info...We'll def do what we can to keep these injectors...I'm just wondering how high I can go with the FP for the pumps and injectors to work as they should. I'm thinkin' I may work my way up to about 70psi base because of the amount of boost they're seeing (18lbs) which will take a few lbs away at WOT anyway...at least thats my understanding.

Hey I forgot to ask. What are you using as the fuel lines? If you are using the stock lines the bigger 8AN line will flow a whole lot more volume and speaks a ton for the fuel system. I can't remember what we talked about what you did in that department it could possible help you out though I had to lower my FP a lot for the same setup basicly I ran before went from 58-50 PSI and still had to pull 8-10% out of the fuel trims. Some of that was the meth injection though. I am sure you'll get it worked out.

Keep you base lower around 55-60 and boost reference your regulator. Your trims should be close to zero regardless but that is your tuners department

Base was set at 58 and is boost referenced. When the vacuum line is hooked back up to the FPR of course the FP drops to 50-52...so I was going to try around 65 for my base and see how that looks on HPT.
