San Antonio members

Just curious how you like living there? Is the track decent. Hows the car scene there. If I end up moving there I'd like to be close to the base but in a good area.

it is great living here in san antonio,the track is awesome and the car scene is big,but some of the areas arond the bases are no that great,i would suggest looking at something on the north side of san antonio,for rentals check out www.mysa.com in the classifieds,and check out the link in my sig for the san antonio f-body association,we have over 80 paid members and a boatload of people who just hang around with us,in our events section we list hangout spots and track days.i go by the same screename on that site as this one,so if you have any more questions feel free to ask.

thanks bro...I'll be out in SA in mid to the end of Sep when I get home from my deploment. Hopefully something will be going on. I'm taking the wife there to get away and relax.

Good track decent car scene. Don't live anywhere else besides the north side of town.

There are quite a few bases around town....depends on what service, base, etc. Both my parents were in the Air Force and they commuted from the Shavano Park area. Dad was at Randolph, Mom was at Lackland. I liked it, great place, just don't speed (or get to know where they hang out).
