How do I permanently uncheck the language bar from the toolbar?

Default How do I permanently uncheck the language bar from the toolbar?

Everytime I log on/boot up my computer, I have to uncheck it manually. I was wondering how I do it permanently so that I don't have to do it everytime I use my computer. Thanks.
