but....we can get something in return for lidge. no one wanted wilson and he cleared waivers. lidge would not.
Trade him in the off season in a packaged deal with ensberg...several teams inquired about both players before the trading deadline. Build the team around Berkman, Burke, Scott, and Huff with Oswalt at the front of the rotation.
