Any mileage on the aftermarket parts, or all brand new?

What condition is the paint and body in?

Hard to guess without photos, but I'd guess $9K based on your description.

All aftermarket parts have maybe 10 miles on them? Paint job is fresh with minor "Shop" scuff marks. No dents in panels and has raised hood for carb clearance. You are right, I need to take pics of the car I just don't feel like washing it.

come on, it takes a little effort to sell something

You'd be surprised at how just having nice photos can increase the perceived value of something.

Yeah, I know... I just figured that everyone on this site knows what a 95 Camaro with prostars looks like. How about some dusty pics of it?

Just depends on how much your time is worth. I've seen vehicle re-sellers buy a poorly maintained vehicle, spend 3 hrs buffing it and cleaning it, take nice photos of it, and sell it for an excellent profit.

showing a dirty car vs an ultra-clean car could be worth a difference of $1K, easily. Cleaner cars also tend to spark that interest much more.

I would say $5000 if you find the right buyer?

example of a before/after. Tell me what you would think the car in the "before" pics would be worth, compared to something in the 'after' pics.

https://ls1tech.com/forums/appearance-detailing/559292-another-detail-job-time-black-98-formula.html

huge difference. Perceived value would increase an easy $1000-1500 to a buyer.

The car market is extremelly soft right now. People are taking 35% losse's on their used cars when they go to sell them.

I have seen some extremely nice LS1's going for $9000 let alone a older model LT1 that is a rolling chassis going for $9000.

I can tell the guy what he wants to hear. Or we can be honest & tell him the reailty of the used car market.

It is what it is.

I agree and understand. I just don't have time to do it. I might have someone come out here and do it for me. I will post pics of before and after too. Calling him right now!

I just want to know what it can sell for quick. I don't need the money nor am I trying to turn a profit. I would be happy with 5000.00 for it. I just need it out of my shop!

I have a nice little bowtie engine for it that needs to go too. You interested? 18000.00 invested in the engine and I will let it go for 7000.00... never fired up and at LME right now. I DONT NEED IT! Get my point?

Nineball, why don't you come take it off my hands for 6000.00 after I get it cleaned up?

LMAO!

You would have to pay me to buy an LT1 car

(unless it is a Grand Sport Corvette, of course )

There is no LT1 engine in this car. You can easily put an LS1 in it!

honestly, $5K is a damn good price for that roller. Someone could have a $10K dragcar that hauls *** with that. I just don't have time for racecars anymore.
