Like I said austin is a college city and I bet most of them go to UT. Hell, college station has plenty of bitches, but most, if not all are just here for school. This town would fall apart if it wasnt for the school.

I was born in Houston and moved to Austin and lived there for around 7 years. Now I live in the country on around 60 acres, all the privacy you can ask for. I love to visit both places. Austin is nicer in my opinion(cleaner), but theres nothing to do other than the lake or party downtown. Houston has pro sports, more concerts, and its close to Galveston but its dirty and the traffic sucks. IMO move to the country or a small town and visit the big city. If you have a family, its a must, the public schools in the country are way better than the big cities, smaller classes, and you really know the people at the school, going to a 2 or 3 (A) school is great.

But this is all my opinion do what ever makes you happy.

I also like the long country roads, great for driving.

I prefer houston just because i like saltwater fishing. The bays and the beach(no matter how crappy they are) are for me. Dont really care for partying too much, even though im a college student. My home is in houston(la porte actaully, a city on the bay), but im currently in seguin, and i must say the non humid climate is nice and i love the country so if i lived in austin it would be on the outskirts or on a lake.

Depends on what part of town you live in. Most of the smaller town schools dont have the same quality education as the bigger city 5A schools, I know this from first hand experience.

That's True... but like you said... In the big 5A schools, it all depends on what part of town you live in.

We've all seen the movie "Lean on Me", You couldn't have paid me to attend East Side High.

But I think we're getting off topic, It's all about the

Place looks ALOT better than it used to Tyler.
