I always do my burn outs starting in 2nd gear.. Just rev. it up to about 4K get off the clutch slam the gas and hold the break down a little bit so you don't move.. Very easy to do..

Agreed, you started in water...I've seen V6 cars that could start a burnout in 2nd gear in water. Pretty cool video none the less.
