I like the looks of the benz and the lexus the most i think but the benz is underpowered....All the other cars are 260 hp or more while the benz in 201. The lexus has the most power other than the charger r/t but is prolly faster than the charger....ahhhh let me know guys
I was in the same predicament as you but went witht the lexus and love it......its a all around type of car

Looks like my post in the last thread might have helped you on the new car. Good luck with the buy and i would go IS350. Thats why i posted it in the last thread. Great all around car and lexus just makes one of the best cars around.

Better option than the Maxima will be the 2007 Infiniti G35 although a little pricier http://www.edmunds.com/insideline/do...cleId=116681#2

My old 05 TL 6MT was a torque steer beast but it was a low 14 second car stock.

Auto TL's run 14.8-15.2...

If you want low 14's or better get the Lexus 306hp model. G35 sedan is not as sharp looking but they run very low 14's stock in the 2WD model.

Im in the same situation and will be getting another car within a few months. I really got an itch for an M3, but between your choices Lexus or TL.

The 350 has 100 more hp and they all come with 6-spds The IS350's are alot quicker then the 250 and for the money difference I would go with the 350 thats why I have a IS350

I have been researching the same class vehicle for my wife now. Last weekend my wife and I drove the new 2007 maxima with the cvt trans. and it was really nice, fairly quick. It takes some getting use to not feeling any shifting but i began to like it. You can still select the rpm range with a manual shift mode. I also test drove a charger R/T but it didn't seem as refined as the maxima. My favorite out of all of them is the 2007 infinti g-35 sedan. I haven't got to drive one but they look awsome. I think it will be out of the infinti or the lexus though.

Nah, I didn't test drive the lexus yet one b/c the nearest dealer is about 50 mi. from my house and the wife is favoring the infiniti M45,35. I'm trying to talk her into the new G's b/c i did a search for the M45 on e-bay last nite and only found 2 fully loaded ones and they wanted around $47,000! Keep us up with the purchase.
