FS: 1995 Camaro Z28 - $3900 Specifications: LT1, 182K miles, 3.23 rear end, automatic 4L60E, leather seats, power door locks, power windows, AM/FM/CD.
Modifications: TransGo shift kit, Magnaflow hi-flow cat, K&N CAI, Borla catback
Pros: Since I have owned the car from 12-03, I have beefed up and rebuilt the transmission as of 2004, rebuilt the alternator, replaced the water pump, radiator tank, coolant reservoir, driver’s side window motor.
Cons: I hit a curb in 2004 which pushed the subframe back slightly. I had it pulled back, but there is still a bit of negative camber in the front. The AC does not work because it has a leak. The BRAKE light is on, and the ABS INOP light comes on sometimes, probably due to a loose sensor. There was a small oil leak, but I haven’t noticed it leaking lately. The clearcoat is peeling a little bit as shown in the pictures. The stereo receiver went out, so the radio and CD do not work. There is also some clanking noise that comes from the passenger side rear wheel/caliper. I think it’s due to a loose caliper slide bolt. The passenger side window motor gets stuck, so I just have to pull it up when I want it all the way up. The rearview mirror is missing.
The engine has been taken care of. The car runs very strong. I will throw in RK Sport mid-length ceramic-coated headers, y-pipe, header gaskets and bolts, PB Blaster, brand new Taylor wires and NGK plugs. I will put stock wheels back on, too.
