Best rapper: Trae....he has some real **** to say and doesn't just say the usual, "i fucked your bitch, drank your 40's, and shot the cops on the way home.
And for those of you who say rap is not art, let me have you know...I used to not think painting weird lines on a page, screaming devil sounds into a mic, or most of Picasso's **** was art. And let me be the first to say that a lot of people who claim to be rappers (Fat Joe, 50 Cent, Ludacris, etc) just blurt stupid **** out and put naked bitches in their videos to then further their blabbering. But TRUE rapping IS AND ALWAYS WILL BE an ART form. Not everybody can just hear a beat and drop lines with it and make it rhyme at the same time. JUST BECAUSE YOU DON'T LIKE IT DOESN'T MAKE IT ANYTHING LESS THAN ART. Personally, I can't stand emo music and that screaming

So don't be so quick to judge, because the real rappers (mostly old school, but some new people too) keep it real and they're expressing themselves in much the same way that Picasso, Elvis, and DaVinci did...just through something different. And just because you can't see the connection doesn't mean it isn't there.
