crazy missfire, any ideas

I get missfires only when it rains. it lasts 24 secs to maybe a min & 30 sec. the great part is soon as it stops the SES light turns off and takes the code with it.

anyone had this happen or have an idea??

o2 sensor harness hanging low or exposed? I've seen this on two different cars.

^^^ thats it, i had some ghetto extensions and then bought some real ones, problem solved....only happened in the rain

you know what i did have to replace O2 Sensor and they do hang low. i'm using the ones that came with my hooker's, can you guys tell what kind yall are using. thanks

I can't remember, are you running cut and spliced O2's or do you have extensions??

extensions. It's nothing like it was on the first cruise, that was bad.

If your o2 are tuned out will this still happen if their still connected?

So you're running no 02's at all? Ballsy. I would suspect you're still running the front 02's. If your REAR 02's are tuned out but still connected, theres a chance that if your wires are exposed that you might throw a code when driving in the rain.
