Default UT/NU....Part 1??

A Husker fan's perspective

GREAT game....ESPN instant classic or not??

Turnovers turnovers turnovers.....

Turnovers suck

Lack of a rushing game sucks

Penalties - the stupid ones that give up first downs - suck

Ok, so UT should win out. NU has to play Missouri, but all the other games seem quite winnable.

Anyone else think that UT/NU Round 2 will happen in KC?

Oh, did I mention that turnovers suck?

It was a good game but not a classic, IMO. I say Horns win the South and the North is a toss up, I'm leaning towards Mizzo

I don't think any team other than Missouri has a shot at beating them as long as Callahan opens the play book like he did against UT I think there will be a rematch in KC

If he (Callahan) goes turtle like he did against USC then anyone has a shot at beating NU

BUT we can say anything we want here and it makes no difference - it's like dyno racing, right? We'll see what happens

Even though he opened the book against UT. Wouldn`t have made a differance if we wouldn`t have missed all the field goals. Game would have already been won. But thats football!

There were SO many passes dropped....

#83, Terrence Nunn of Cy Falls H.S. is a hell of a player...I'm assuming that's who your friend is.

#65 Greg Austin is also from here - Cy-Fair H.S. - AWESOME on the line

The Huskers used to have a kicker from here, David Dyches from Spring or Spring Branch - Westfield H.S. but he got shuffled over to the bench when Callahan brought in a new kicker and Dyches is now at Northern Colorado, but he's a kicker not a punter so he wasn't involved in the "stab the punter so I can have his starting job" incident

IF the Huskers had picked up a couple of the 5 UT fumbles...

IF just plain don't matter AFTER a game

i dont see why everyone has a hard-on over mizzou , they have had an easy schedule , playing no top 25 ranked teams till next week!

Nebraska only has troubles (blow-outs mainly) with them in Columbia , Nebraska has not lost to Missouri at home since 1978!!

I think Nebraska is ok, Kansas took them to OT at home, and the only two GOOD teams they played this year beat them, so we will see how it goes. But like I said, I don't think they are gonna beat A&M at home.

Yes it is, but if we beat Baylor this week we are 8-1 with 2 home games. At 8-1 the kids will know just how much is on the line, and Kyle Field will be sold out and then some. Should make for some good TV games.

Yeah, Terrence. Known him forever, stopped by his house earlier today to talk to his parents. Talked to him yesterday after the game too, didnt seem too upset, and that good, said that the coaches told him "that he couldnt put the whole game on that one play so dont beat yourself up" and that is true.

No you can't put that whole game on one play.

That's cool that you know him. If he's in town next spring or summer you'll have to bring him by a meet. I'd love to meet him once, just to shake his hand and say thanks. I love watching him fly down the field, especially when he's got the ball in his hands
