DJ Come in please!
No one smart enough wants to pay full pop for anything dude. Live it with it that you are getting raped on these "special" setups that they send you to "try" Thats the R&D right there at their cost because the parts are sooooo cheap to be had.

No one warranties racing parts that stays in business long. Sure you can call it good customer service by picking up a phone, calling the distirbutor who receives these "special" disks and says, put it in our box and send it to Joe Schmoe. He's sending back a defective clutch.
Then they inspect it once in house and with all the 700 mark up they have in the clutches, pay the 200-300 bucks for the unit that was an installer error and everyone says they have great service...Its not hard to crack peoples businesses wide open when you dig hard enough. Textrailia does not make ANY parts in house. Bet on that?
I do agree with some of what your saying because some of it is free market working at it's best...We can play the "mark up" game with just about anything...some of it will blow peoples mind for sure!! Point taken...

Once again if you just paid 1200 for one of my clutches that cost me 200 bucks or less, ill call you since im not really paying the bill...I just made 1000 off of you and using your money to provide you customer service.
I promise you if you compare the pictures you see that I posted, you can find the power handling you want for a fraction of retail brother. Daikon is who makes them for Exedy, and its the same Daikon parts without the purple anodizing going into the Textrailia clutches too...they just pick up the part, have the unit poweder coated whatever color Textrailia wants to use that day and ship it out as their own.
The old saying goes..
Looks like stock, feels like stock...must be stock...I assure you these "feel" like stock clutches are the larger GM diaphragm setups thats been made for a long time. The true power handling capability is not in the pressure plate or the diaphragms...its all in the disc setup.

got another excuse for good customer service??

Remember...Money is everyones motivator. It would motivate the **** out of me knowing Ive got 500% markup in something costing pennies on the dollar. Ill do whatever it takes to make that customer happy so i can continue making myself rich off of something so cheap.

In case you didn't realize, SOME people enjoy doing R&D work for companies for hook-ups. I've been doing it for years, and have built some good industry relationships that way.

Hey Tony, you need a clutch?
lol jk

They make a carbon/carbon set up that should be pretty streetable. Plus the clutch and flywheel together come in at like 12lbs total. You would have to get your idle tuning changed tho.

Theres no doubt it will hold what we are going to throw at it.
Im still researching theparts for the twin and triple disk setups. Im working with Daikon on that.
Who wouldnt want a triple or twin disk for HALF of what they retail for...
