need a machinist

i need to find a local machinist to do the following things for me
drill and tap my discs and drum on my car from a four lug to a five lug porsche pattern (secret project)
create a sleeve so i can put my stock 10 bolt axle tubes to a ford 8.8" ( would like to be a press fit. any ideas or places. any help would be appreciated.

Most people that put the 8.8 in an f-body cut the axle tubes off and weld em to the 8.8
