700horses wont help either. you can't drive it well enough to utilize that kind of power, not to mention you aren't capable of setting it up correctly to handle that kind of power. you would need to change a LOT of the car just to be capable of running at the track with 700rwhp and a t56.

its setting up the suspension to work for you.

like i've said, and many others have tried to tell you before, you can not throw parts and money at a car and make it fast. the parts (drivetrain, suspension) have to be dialed in to work together, correctly. Why do you think their are chassis shops out there (ie, wolfe, madman) that charge money to just setup the car, after suspension components are already on it?

putting a ta, lcas, relos, nitrous, 408, 9" etc doesnt mean the car will hook, or go straight, or anything like that.

who cares..... no cage.... will just add relos, LCAs, and a torque arm...... with subframes and see where that takes me..... still a street car... I have no intention of making it a racecar..... so if it runs 6.8's I wont complain. It will make 500rwhp on motor.... add a 250shot...... i hope to make 700rwhp.

having a cage in a car doesn't make it a racecar jackass, it just keeps you alive when you **** up and plow the wall at kennedale... do it your way. one less person to wait behind in the lanes when you're in a coma due to stupidity.

Gris...YES

Of course i wasnt going to fix it for free but there are posts where you take jabs at me on the subject that I didnt appreciate. When racing parts break. Thats what happens. I did the same for David as I did for you. I got all the things back that were said from others and himself included and he was grateful for what I did for him. I tore down the car 3 times before it left my sight. When it left it was 100% right. I charged him a little bit of labor for the clutch install just like I would have charged you a little for the motor rebuild. You chose not to go that route at that time and i didnt have the strut tower engine brace to do what needed to be done in my garage nor did i want to store the car for more then a week....its whatever from here water under the bridge if you say so.

under the bridge......... and It would have been nice if I woulda known you where offering to work on the car bro....... I have never asked for anything for FREE...... you know i dont argue with your prices and pay you what you ask...... I didnt appreciate the fact that i felt like your attitude after the fact was like "tuff luck"........if i woulda known you where willing to be compensated for your help working on the car i woulda jumped on it..... hell the reason I decided to do what i did was because i figured "**** it"..... open the wallet (just like i said **** it and tore the car down to a shell)...... car is in pieces and water is under the bridge. I have always had a place to store the car. Maybe my original attitude that I had for a week or so got the best of me......... I know what i did and didnt say.... some of those ******* are just trying to start **** IMO.

Let me know if you still have that rearend around... I want to sell it and get the money to Erik Koenig.

I've always thought it was a good idea to have a check list and use it before taking the car out.
