theres a guy in Pasadena the shops called Tino's on the corner of Pasadena Blvd. & Harris that'll limo it for ya or put whatever tint you want.

It isn't a shop, just a guy who owns a storage warehouse and does it as a side job. He has been doing it for quite a few years I'm pretty sure, had my side windows tinted 15% there for $60 bucks I think? One of them began to peel so he redid the entire window. Had my brothers truck and a few other friends cars also tinted there.
