i have a 00 ls1 with a 422 with a borla exhaust with no cats.what would be a good muffler to use that wont be so loud.

Have you tried putting one of the more restrictive plates into the Borla ?

You could also try putting an electric cutout in place of the plates, you'll be able to control the volume with a switch.

If you want to kill the rasp, a Spiral Flow or Twister muffler willdo the trick.

spiral flow isnt loud.

do have a cutout on it,was also told to try a magnaflow
