Default Anyone in NW houston with an obd2 scanner?

I finally got my car (1996 formula) up and running and I am throwing a few codes. I was wondering if there is anyone in the North west houston area (I live close to 1960 and 249) that has an OBDII scanner that would be willing to scan my car, i need to get her inspected but she cant right now with this code, plus i need to fix the stupid problem.
