I got one for my '02 also, I guess mine are fucked up they make a popping sound when I let off the gas when the motors cold, I just figured my little brother was putting bubble gum in my pipes again 
what I was really wondering is if I could find a shop to write me a receipt so I could mail in that refund thing

There is a reimbursement form in there, you can get your money back. I got one as well for my 01 and for my brothers 02.
