Houston LT1 Tuners (& surrounding areas)

Default Houston LT1 Tuners (& surrounding areas)

well...after the cam install I think the car is gonna be screaming "Tune Me" so im looking for some Houston or surroudning area LT1 tuners Im in the Beaumont area so the closer the better, about the only place I know of is Thunder Racing in LA but I want to see who you guys recomend..

In Houston not a lot tune the LT1s any more. G-force would be your best bet, they are a sponsor on here. Their are some really good mail order tuners but if yourlooking for a tune on a dyno local, then G-force.

Yeah, I would like to have it Dyno Tuned, so I can see what she is making to the wheels from the stck baseline..( forgot what it was exsactly 230ish?)

Yeah, autos usally hit a tad more, mid 240s to mid 250s at the wheels stock. Auto Lt1s dont really dyno that great, off the shelf cam only 330rwhp or around there or maybe a little more. Cam only six speeds can get in the high 340s to mid 350rwhp with stock heads.

G-force is the way to go on tuning your LT1. They are deffinately worth the drive. Mike is a great guy and knows LT1's pretty well.

Another vote for Gforce, they have done all of my tuning.

Thanks guys for the recomendations.....and pretty much made up my mind set to G-Force...called em and got all the info I needed to know...thanks agian for the help.
