Sorry to butt in, but i have to agree TAR kind of blows. I raced there about a year and a half ago while on business at Hood. Arn't there like oak trees just a few yards from the track, and don't you have to jam on the breaks at the end of the quater? It was my first run down a track in over 20 years though and it was fun. It was a relief to get back to Gateway here in St. Louis. I did manage a trip to SAR while there but only got one run in due to the crowds and me getting there late.
I'll be in Killeen on wednesday this week for 16 days and would like to watch some racing. I was planning to go to TAR, but is there something better not too far away. I saw they are advertising a F-body mustang shootout on the 19th I hope thats worth checking out?

Im there I just roasted a GT500 with a pulley up grade and a GT40 in ATL. Im loving this new set up and havent even upp the boost !!! I cant wait to get back to texas . Hey urban lets say rematch????? Im not holding back this time She grips in second,thru fourth now!!! now more near misses HAhA!! Lets get a real GTG to go to sar In feb hell even TAR But im not running there
