T56rebuilds.com (1-888-937-4411) as well, but they don't do stock rebuilds as far as I know.

No we are in houston. Only 1 location but 90% of our rebuilds are from out of state. Most customers ship them to us. Give me a call if you have questions.

Thanks,
Amber

See I cant have alot of downtime. Yall were my first choice since you guys are a sponsor on here and on LS1LT1 (im a moderator there) and Id go with yall If i had a beater and could spare the time to drop the tranny and have it shipped out. Im just lookin for a local shop, whose prices arent outrageous, with a good rep do do a stock rebuild.

I should be gettin a beater pretty soon. Integra FTW. Next time it breaks yall will definetly hear from me.

Jason is just north of Ft. Worth in the Golden Tringle area. He does all the trans and diff work for my road racing cars.

He's reasonably priced and has quick turnaround.

Why not buy a core and ship that to them? Your gonna have some down time, even if its local.

Another Vote for Jason at TDP.. He is very good at rebuilding trannys.. He rebuilt my TKO over a year ago and I beat the hell out of it all the time with no issues at all.. He can usually have it done in a day or two.. Very quick turn around with min. down time.. His numbe is 817-300-6840

Jason @ TDP FTW. I took my T-56 out, brought it up there around 10 a.m. and I had it back at around 4 p.m. He is very fast and quick. Do the basic rebuild w/ steel 3-4 fork and carbon kevlar rings and misc. stuff that i forgot. He is very reasonably priced as you will see. I have beat the living hell out of my tranny since then and it is still going stong!!!

Jason did the T56 in my old car, very reasonable pricing.

T56 Rebuilds, well, I've never heard a bad word about them, everyone I know that has had work done through them is VERY impressed. I wouldn't hesitate to let them do the work at any point in time.

Also, check the Sponsor Feedback forum too, very useful.

I am impressed with T56 rebuilds and their participation on the boards. They too seem extremely popular and very reputable.

But if close is what you need, then close is TDP.

Now, how about a different option?

On my bench, I have an M29 from a 93 that Jason just recently went through. I road race and was looking for the more friendly 5th gear. But the ratios in 1, 2 and 3 didn't work as well on a road course. So, I'm back to a MN6 myself.

How about I swap you my M29 for your MN6 and some cash. This way, you have zero down time.
