Yeah man, I am running the msd 6010. It came with a factory style harness (it's actually really pimp) that plugs into the factory connectors. Haven't completely tuned it yet until I get her to a dyno.

so if the car already has an LS1 harness it doesn't need a box like the 6010, only if it is a conversion setup right?

Well, the 6010 box is a must if running a carb. I don't know if the factory harness will plug into the 6010 harness or not. I know MSD offers a EFI harness for the 6010 box.

Sweet setup but I am with Mike on this one. Only way to get that thing to go 6.9s will be to tow a boat behind it. Keep us posted

Nice project. If a stock '03 cobra motor in a coupe can make it run 10's, a modded LS1 will produce slightly better results.

Man it sure has been fun.. I would do it all over again, even the headers.

Cool thing is I only have about $9500 total including purchase of the car.
