I take the redline version of NoXplode before I work out. It's called NO-SHOTGUN, it's not bad. The best stuff I ever had for pre-workout though was called Amplify 02. Tasted like battery acid but blew NoXplode out of the water.

I will have to try it. I am up to 1.3 to 1.5 scoops per day. The single scoop is doing what it used to do. Another NO-product that is apparently the apex in hardcore NO's is METHYL-EFX. That'll put hair on your ***, or take it off.
Just a warning, do no take this and do lower body, you will feel like you will pas sout, if you push it. I saw a dude at Golds, blow ****** and have to sit a few sets out.

energy drink .. best is NU-Speed.. new item twice the size of redline.. and whole lot stronger.. for the ones who say energy drinks dont work give this a try.. i work at a gym and im a personal trainer
