Default Recommendations for TH350 Rebuild
I'm wondering if anybody can recommend a good, quality shop in Houston for rebuilding my TH350 that's in my 1980 Trans Am. It's the original transmission with over 200,000 miles. It's not too happy behind the 455 anymore! Thanks!!

Either century or trans king in galveston. Both are good at building TH350's.

Trans King is very very good. Stay away from Exner, I have had 2 pieces of **** that he sells. The guy one of the biggest assh0les I have ever met.

Another vote for Trans-King in Galveston. I had one built that held my low 10s with no problem. Fully built, JW Ultrabell, deep pan, reverse manual valvebody, transbrake, etc.

i can sell you mine...it been tested to hold over 1000hp and ran 8.6s..im going to a glide now..

i paid over 2k for it...i can have it freshen up for you..

Trans King is really good. I also had one of mine built by a place called Trans Tech in Pasadena/South Houston. I think the owner's name is Arthur. The guy did a good job and has good pricing.
