Reminds me of what happened to B-RAD2 (I think that was the guy). Had a bolt get sucked into the intake and it caused a whole lotta carnage.
Good excuse to replace it with something bigger and better. Too bad you didn't get much say in when and how...

Got a cold air kit from a buddy of mine. When he brought it over he had the bolts in the air cleaner. I shook them all out (or I thought I did) put everything together started hearing a tickng sound a couple of days later. Sounded like a rocker arm tap. Pulled valve covers found a bent push rod. Figured that was is. Next day another bent pushrod. Finally it let go. Found the washer in the cat and the bolt has yet to be found.
