How do I get diminished value? help!
How do I get diminished value? help! Well if you've looked at my thread "I was in a wreck last night" https://ls1tech.com/forums/paint-body-work/608695-i-wreck-last-night.html , the repairs being done to my car are less than stellar and they are working to get everything fixed that I've bitched about but how do I look into diminished value? Do I just call the guy's insurance who hit me and tell them I want the diminished value on my car? I was talkin to the mechanic today thats been fixing my car and even he said i should look into that because the car won't probably ever be right again to me. Someone help! thanks
