I wouldn't take that list as a be-all/end-all.

2. Do you get paid overtime?
3. What kind of hours do you work a week?
4. Is your job "the norm" for someone with the exact same degree?
5. Does your job include hazzard pay, a per diem bonus, or commissions based?
That list is not "guessing", those are the reported averages across the US for newly hired college grads. Salaries will be higher or lower depending on where you live, that is why they are averages across the US. In Houston for example, just about every one of those are a little low. In some podunk town in the middle of nowhere, those numbers might be on the high side.
The highest paid Metro bus driver in Houston made over $150,000 last year. It was in the Chronicle. Guy worked every single day for like 12 hrs, never took any time off. No degree (of course). So, income can vary quite a bit, but that list is based on reported salaries for bachelor degreed students coming right out of college. It is pretty accurate.

2. No overtime.
3. I work 9/80's ...every other Friday off, 9 hours the other days. I never work over 80 hours during a two week period.
4. Yup.
5. No hazard pay or commissions and I didn't include bonuses in that figure.
