Had a blast, we had more then expected so the turn out was great.

I am sore, you dont realize going around the track for 12 mins a session how beat up you get lol.

hell yes that was a blast, I didn't know that we were doing 30 laps every time. My best was a 27.8. Anyone do any better? I'm pretty sore, almost as if I was ridding jet skis all day yesterday. . . Only bad part was when I got the squeez put on me in the stright away, but that's about it.

We must do this again!

I had that hair pin turn down to a science, I'm going back for sure. Any thing about going again and having the track to just the members?
