Good grief. Plummer is on his way out...and they have a new rook to train. Why Carr? Furthermore, why would we want Jake? Even if you supposed Jake was better than Carr (debatable) who will he pass to besides Andre?
Keep Carr and get some more linemen and another receiver with hands that work.

Plummer is going to be released or is a free agent, can't remember which it is. Any trade would be to another team for most likely a 3rd round pick. Who every the Vet is that would come in is a bridge between Carr and the next QB that might be drafted.
what other Veterans are out there that will be available? Kubiak is familiar with Plummer atleast.

thats why i was wondering why the texans didnt get a RB. i dont think domanic davis is that great. having a talented RB like bush would probably helped carr a whole lot. i think car just needs more weapons. your only target is andre johnson..
I dont think Carr is going anywhere until his contract is up. In the mean time I believe the Texans will draft Kevin Kolb in the second round and keep the services of Sage Rosenfels. Having the 2 of them breathing down Carr's neck will force him to grab some sack and play to his potential. If Carr doesnt make a serious turn-around he will be benched and traded half way through the season. Or released upon completion of his current contract. There is a lot of money trhat needs to be considered in this too. But rest asure we may not have to deal with carr's baby bs much longer the future of the Texans is bright...

i bet drew bledsoe ends up in chicago.
