Yeah i have heard of this. I am guessing they dont tell you this because they would be having idiots try it just to see if it works. Or it costs the bank too much $$ when some one does it.

I work at a CU in the IT department. We handle the ATMs. This is crap do not believe it.
We are laughing however at the idea of thousands of morons locking their ATM access out as they punch the WRONG pin into the ATM over and over.

Its possiable that some banks have this option. I do security system for a living and we have a similar feature. you put in all your digits in like normal except the last number which you add 1 to it. Like your last number would be 5 then you would punch in 6 and by doing this it sends a silent duress in. Everything would appear normal untill the cops showed up.

I dont think so because I have 2 accounts with the sane bank, 2 cards that look the exact same just different #'s and the 2 pin's are opposite one of another ( like 7755 and 5577) I am always getting it backwards
