Please Pray As some of you know I have a brother who is in IRAQ, He was injured yesterday in a IED Explosion & his foot got pretty messed up. But some of the guys in his unit are in alot worse shape then he is.
So please keep my brother & his Unit 1st Cav in your prayers. My brother is Flying out to Germany to the hospital Today & will then be leaving at the end of the week to Ft Hood & will have 10 days medical leave & get his normal leave. Just to give you a guys a idea, My brother shipped out over there in Sep of 06 & it is now Feb 07, Only 5 months & injured. But he will be going back since his injuries was not that bad.

Thanks guys. I normally am not a emotional guy. But this has my emotions all going nuts. I can't say thank you enough for keeping him & 1st Cav in your prayers. I am sure this war is touching everyone in some way as it is me & my family & little brother.

That was what I thought it was too. But my mom said it was Incendiary, I think think Improvised is right though.
In my prayers man. I know what it feels like, 2 friends of mine from my Army days were KIA last year. One by I.E.D, and 1 by suicide bomber. Glad to hear that your brother will pull out of this OK. It's a shitty situation, but it could have been worse.

I am sure once he reads this thread & the other one on DFWStangs it will bring his spirits up alot to know he has support here at home. He is saving all his combat pay up for a Stock T/A. So soon to be a LS1 man himself if this War ever ends.
