thomas= scared to put tires on his car..This is his second time to the drag strip on street tires??? It sounds like its a good excuse for why I ran a 12 second quarter mile...WTF someone let him borow some tires so he can run his car all out!! Mikey get this man a set of tires to use..

Dude....get some E/T Streets or something. 12.4@12X is not good at all for a car with a new 408 and monster heads should be high 10/low 11's

 

I know It will do just fine on tires. The car went 11.62 @119mph with the same power you have, so yes with about 90 more now i'm sure it will do low 11s or high 10s. I dont have subframes, and I will prob need to get a clutch, and I want to put my Kooks on at the same time. I'm currently looking for some new wheels and tires, I want CCWs.

lol well the first time I went on 275 Kumos. The last time I went I was on my 18s with 305 Nitto Drag radials. They were no better than the Kumos IMO.

Never really been a problem my car stay straight, but I do have a 12 bolt and full susp, and boxed control arms I just dont have brackets. I will go to the track on tires on my trailer, and rev dump it and see what it 60's if the clutch holds.
